About the role

We are looking for Charging Lead who will be responsible for efficiently planning and executing EV charging infrastructure projects, managing both in-house and outsourced works, including vendor identification, cost management, and government liaison. Responsibilities also include scouting and developing sites, managing site surveys and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently Plan and execute the EV Charging Infra project activities which includes site survey, verifying and confirming the drawings, BOQ and layouts etc

• Take up both in-house and outsourced project works which includes identifying vendor, project cost management & liasoning with Govt agencies etc

• Scouting & developing sites for setting up new EV Charging infrastructure

• Manage site surveys, submit feasibility reports & coordinate for site registration activities

• Manage third party vendors and cross functional teams

• Managing Charging Operations at COCO depots and Third party Charging Depots where Magenta’s fleet operates

• Skills: Strong communication skill, Vendor management, knowledge of EV charging infrastructure

• Education qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

About the role

As a Technical UI/UX Professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user Interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for software applications and digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs. Your role will involve translating user needs and business objectives into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will also work closely with development teams to implement designs and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements and user needs

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas

• Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of UI/UX designs

Candidate requirements

• Experience: Total 3+ years experience UI/UX Designer or similar role, Portfolio of design projects

• Skills required:Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, UI Developer, or similar technical role

Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and showcasing your design work

Proficiency in UI design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar

Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)

Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development principles

Familiarity with usability testing techniques and user-centered design methodologies

Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG, ARIA)

Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and color theory

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Experience with motion design and animation is a plus

Knowledge of back-end development and API integration is a plus

Familiarity with UX research methodologies and tools is a plus

Understanding of design thinking and agile methodologies is a plus

Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with new design trends and emerging technologies

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience with cross-platform and mobile app design is a plus

Knowledge of information architecture and content strategy is a plus

Experience with data visualization and dashboard design is a plus

Familiarity with design collaboration and handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, InVision) is a plus

Understanding of UX writing and microcopy best practices is a plus

Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the Backend developer to meet the overall product front end requirement

About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner who will Serve as a subject matter expert in the Agile methodology and create workflows and tools used to implement the product roadmap across the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements and develop user stories.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed user stories, and acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and ensure timely delivery.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to articulate product features and user interactions visually.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure wireframes align with user experience objectives and iterate based on feedback.

• Facilitate release management and coordinate communications around product enhancements and releases

• + years or more in product ownership of on-demand delivery/rides (Mandatory), 3+ years or more of project management experience on information technology software projects, Familiarity Skills required:

• 2with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project methodologies.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Dev/Ops or similar Agile tool sets. Experience working with team leads to ensure projects are delivered on time.
