Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Fleet Manager manages the operations, and maintenance of the organization's fleet
• Oversees scheduling and dispatch operations for vehicles and drivers
• Being a Fleet Manager evaluates, purchases, leases, and disposes of vehicles to maintain the fleet
• Develops and maintains vendor and service provider relationships for fuel, maintenance, and other essential services
• Looks after the safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs for the drivers
• Manages a team of Hub Supervisors and Technicians
• Typically reports to a the Operations Manager or City Operations Head
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met

Qualification & Required Skills:

• Graduate or any Post Graduate
• 3-6 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor

Job Overview:

Responsible for the Operational Control of Vendor Management, Fleet Management, Order Fulfilment, Logistics and Supply Chain

• Plan, direct, implement, manage and oversee day-to-day Fleet Operations through coordination of the routine planning and dispatch functions for specific locations
• This includes the utilisation of assets and fleet personnel to control costs and maximise delivery performance
• Plan activities, methods, and controls to meet quality, cost, and safety standards as well as investigate and resolve scheduling and performance problems internally and externally
• Recommend, develop, implement and drive improvements and/or modifications of systems, processes, methods, resource utilisation, etc.
• Ensure driver concerns are reviewed and addressed timely
• Interact with the leadership team and staff of other departments within the Company as well as outside representatives

Qualification & Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Transportation or related field
• 7-10 years’ of experience in Fleet Management/Operations Required
• Should be able to speak Local Language

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
• Displays extensive working knowledge of EV industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
• Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services
• Assists with or performs administrative tasks coordinating with the Charging Hubs
• Management of external Charging Hubs, monitoring performance
• Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
• Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that maintenance and repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
• Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure highest quality of work

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• In charge of day-to-day Fleet operations
• Oversees all operations and financial issues - minimizing claims, maximizing revenues, and controlling operational expenses to match established business plan
• Evaluate budgets and expenditures
• Ensuring company compliance with all transport policies, legislation, and procedures. Managing, monitoring, and developing a team of drivers and line managers
• Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles
• Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery/Passenger vehicles
• Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced
• Arranging for the induction and training of all new staff
• Maintaining accurate administrative records
• Giving drivers a full debrief, including techno analysis
• Organizing vehicle checks
• Identifying operational issues, potential problems, and opportunities
• Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently

Qualification & Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering + MBA
• Proven work experience of 7-10 years
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fleet Management
• With experience in Logistics industry/EV Industry/Transport Industry
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community
